Organic Synthesis

Discover® SP

The Discover SP is a powerful microwave synthesizer for performing a wide range of organic and inorganic synthetic chemistry. The system features a best-in-class 300 mL single-mode microwave cavity, allowing for extremely flexible reaction vessel sizes, in both pressurized and open vessel modes.

Carousel 6 Plus Reaction Station™

The Carousel 6 Plus offers parallel chemistry in the most universally accepted chemistry reaction vessel, the round bottom flask. The Carousel allows performing chemical reactions in various conditions, including an inert atmosphere; low/high temperatures; reflux; Dean & Stark; Tornado System for a powerful stirring of viscous samples as well as Breeze or Storm for controlled heating and cooling.

Liberty Blue™

The Liberty Blue™ is an Automated Microwave Peptide Synthesizer. It features a 4-minute cycle time along with a 90% solvent reduction based on High-Efficiency Solid Phase Peptide synthesis (HE-SPPS). This system uses microwave energy technology to provide a high-quality peptide. The Liberty Blue features the latest in engineering for fluidic deliveries, true internal temperature feedback control, and software control.

Thermo Scientific UltiMate 3000 HPLC system

Thermo Scientific UltiMate 3000 rapid HPLC separation system combines unique hardware features and the ability to use small particle columns for fast separations with excellent resolution.

UltiMate™ 3000 Semi-Preparative System

The UltiMate™ 3000 Semi-Preparative System purifies compounds from microgram to lower-milligram quantities with accurate gradients and flexible flow rates. The system tolerates robust, safe, and high-performance purifications. The semi-preparative autosampler delivers milliliter injection volumes while minimizing backpressure contributions to support high flow rates at low backpressures.

Auto Purification System of Waters

The Waters AutoPurification HPLC/MS Systems provides scalable prep configurations, whether mass- or UV directed. The system provides flexibility in using high-throughput parallel runs for selective mass-directed fraction collection from hundreds of samples, around the clock with unprecedented versatility and consistency. The system includes, inter-alia a 2767 Sample Manager; 2545 Binary Gradient Module; System Fluidics Organizer; 2998 Photodiode Array Detector; 2424 Evaporative Light Scattering Detector; SQ Detector 2 and MassLynx Software with the FractionLynx Application Manager.

Isolera™ Prime Advanced Automated Flash Purification

Isolera™ Prime is a value-based system which recommends appropriate cartridges and calculates the best solvent conditions and gradients for purifications. The system includes solvent pumps, and automated fraction collector. Solvent use is minimized and advanced compound detection makes sure that the purified compound is delivered at the end of the run. Isolera™ Prime performs at flow rates up to 100 mL/min with a pressure range up to 145 psi (10 bars).  The built-in UV detector (a choice of dual wavelength or fixed options exist) provides detection for aromatic and conjugated organic compounds and can trigger fractionation using threshold, slope, or volume parameters.

Work-up

Biotage® VacMaster™ 10

Biotage® VacMaster™ Sample Processing Manifolds are used to process the complete range of ISOLUTE work-up columns. The manifold used for Catch & Release and scavenging SPE, filtration, and off-line sample loading before flash chromatography. The Biotage® VacMaster™ is used inter-alia with cartridges such as sodium sulfate drying cartridge; SCX-2 (for removing bases); PE-AX (for removing acids); PE-AX/SCX2 dual functional cartridge metal scavenging cartridges; various phase separators and more.

Evaporation & Concentration

Exchangeable block standard 15ml/50ml centrifugal tube sample concentrator

The nitrogen sample concentrator is mainly used for concentration or a sample preparation in a batch. Such as drug screening, hormone analysis, liquid phase and mass spectrometry in the analysis of sample preparation. It works by blowing nitrogen in the surface of a sample which is being heated to accelerate evaporating and separating the solvent in the samples without oxygen. Instead of the rotary evaporation instrument, nitrogen sample concentrator can efficiently concentrate dozens of samples simultaneously.

Rotavapor® R-300

Convenient and efficient rotary evaporation, the R-300 meets the highest expectations in convenience and versatility. Its modular design allows optimal temperature setting; prefer immersion angle and rotation speed, as well as the selection of the prefer evaporating flask size and thickness. 

Alpha 1-2 LDplus freezer dryer

Compact, general-purpose tabletop unit for effective lyophilization of specimens in your everyday lab activities. The system allows choosing from a wide range of configurations to adapt the freeze dryer optimally to specific needs. Condenser temperature of -85 °C for specimens containing solvents or with low eutectic points.

Biotage® V-10 Touch

Biotage® V-10 Touch rapidly dries samples dissolved in both aqueous and organic solvents. It easily evaporates HPLC fractions from purification, high boiling point solvents from synthesis and features a novel dry-down onto silica technique for easier dry load capabilities before purification.
