Ambassador of Ecuador Visits the BCDD

The BLAVATNIK CENTER for Drug Discovery hosted last month Mireya Muñoz Mera, Ambassador of Ecuador to Israel. The visit took place on May 11th, and aimed at introducing Ambassador Mireya Muñoz Mera into innovative research centers at TAU campus.
During the visit, the BCDD facilities and achievements were presented to the Ambassador, along with the various research programs conducted over the years.
"Undoubtedly, my visit to the BLAVATNIK CENTER was a very interesting experience", said Ambassador Mireya Muñoz Mera. "I was deeply impressed with the mission and the innovative methods of investigation for the discovery of new drugs and metabolic medicine. I hope you succeed in each and every goal you set for a healthier and better future for us all."
This visit will hopefully pave the way for potential cooperation with Ecuador in the field of drug discovery.
