Thank you for participating Child Health conference
As always, we had the pleasure of hosting you and hope to see you at our next conference.
Child Health - Next Generation Therapeutics and Technological Approaches for Treatment of Neurodevelopmental and Rare Diseases in Children
Date: October 8th 2018, 9:00-18:00
Place: Porter School of Environmental Studies Building, at TAU's Campus.
This unique conference focused on new therapeutic and technological approaches for treating neurodevelopmental disorders and rare diseases that appear in early child development. Autism spectrum disorder (ASD), neuromuscular diseases, cerebral palsy and other rare diseases affect more than 10 percent of all children.
Paving a way to develop new approaches
Recent advances in genomics and specifically pharmacogenomics are shedding light on the mechanisms of these disorders and paving the way to developing new approaches for therapy based on precision medicine. These discoveries might provide answers to more patients and families. In this exciting one-day symposium, leading experts from Israel and abroad will gather to share the latest research and brainstorm to find new solutions and strategic partnerships.
The event was jointly hosted by the BLAVATNIK CENTER for Drug Discovery and the Sagol School of Neuroscience, Tel Aviv University.
