BCDD researchers attended RSC Medicinal Chemistry Residential School

The BCDD Medicinal Chemistry team, Dr. Elvira Haimov and Dr. Boris Redko, attended earlier this month the RSC Medicinal Chemistry Residential School 2019, in Loughborough, United Kingdom.

The course covered topics of interest in drug discovery, helping to increase understanding of the factors governing modern drug discovery from the initial concept through to translational science and intellectual property.

The lectures were given by professional medicinal chemists from top pharma companies, such as AstraZeneca, Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline plc and others.
